    Medical Receptionist

    Marathon Health is seeking a temporary Medical Receptionist (PSS) to work collaboratively with our team in Midland, TX serving our employees at our on-site corporate health and wellness center.


    This is a fill in postion for 30 days working Monday - Friday 8am - 5pm. No on call or weekends. We offer completitive pay for Per Diem work and a healthy work environment.

    • Schedule and confirm patient appointments, check-ups and physician referrals
    • Answer telephones and direct calls to appropriate staff
    • Greet visitors, assess purpose of visit, and direct them to appropriate staff
    • Compile and record medical charts, reports, and correspondence
    • Ensure patient completes Privacy forms
    • Check patients in and out
    • Collect Co-pays


    • Minimum of 2 years of front desk experience in a medical setting
    • Electronic Medical Record (EMR) experience required
    • Attention to detail, ability to communicate effectively with patients and strong computer skills required
    • You should want to work in an environment where health education and outreach is important to you and challenges you to make a difference
