    This position will be based out of Marathon Health's corporate offices in Winooski, VT. This is not a remote position.

    • Develop QLIK Sense reports and proficiency with the QLIK Sense analytics platform
    • Deliver new and improve on existing reports with an emphasis on health center activities
    • Analyze tables to establish knowledge of data for accurate retrieval and use in report writing
    • Research reporting and analytical questions for our account and project management teams
    • Work with our BI team to create report specifications, code from specification and deliver reports
    • Involvement with existing and future database design, configuration and deployment
    • Help drive continuous improvement by identifying advances in technology, best practice and efficiency improvements
    • Assist with monitoring existing systems, identifying and communicating improvements to management and implementing change.
    • Perform database administrative duties as needed
    • Ability to write complex SQL queries


    • Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or 2+ years relevant experience
    • Experience with SQL 2017 and Microsoft SQL SSRS
    • Preferred candidates will also have query performance tuning experience
    • Demonstrable ability to generate complex SQL queries and reports.
    • Experience with QLIK Sense Analytics tools
    • Demonstrate an understanding of OLAP and Data Warehousing
    • An understanding of and willingness to learn DBA skills relating to MS SQL 2017 in an enterprise environment
    • Technical experience with Microsoft Windows Server
    • Ability to work independently from a design brief/specification
    • Resourceful and independent approach to research on best practice
    • Eager to learn new technologies
    • Good communication skills
    • Attention to detail
    • Excellent problem solving abilities
