    Physician Assistant


    Marathon Health is seeking a Physician Assistant (PA) to treat and work with the employees work with the employees and families (ages 2+)  at our client's health and wellness center in Midland, Texas.


    This position includes full benefits, no on-call or weekend hours. We offer excellent salary and full benefits including medical, dental, vision, 401(k), FSA, malpractice, CME assistance, life and disability, paid time off and holidays.



    The operational hours of the health center are Monday - Friday: 7:00a.m.  - 5:00p.m.  The exact schedule throughout the week is TBD and for example, would be rotational between 7:00a.m. - 4:00p.m. and 8:00a.m. - 5:00p.m.

    The Physician Assistant is responsible for providing primary care services, conducting onsite health risk assessments, providing wellness education, supporting individual lifestyle changes, and helping individuals manage their chronic conditions.


    The position may also be responsible for the oversight of the care delivered by the clinical team within the Marathon Health Center.  Maintaining a collaborative relationship with the center’s staff is a key ingredient to success in this position. 


    • Minimum 2 years’ experience practicing as a Physician Assistant, preferably in primary care/family practice
    • Electronic Medical Record (EMR) experience
    • Current and unrestricted state licensure
