We are hiring a full-time Regional Marketing Manager to join our team of healthcare Ambassadors. This is a remote position with a travel component of 10% local travel throughout the Indianapolis, IN, Columbus, OH and Cincinnatti, OH markets when necessary.

As the Regional Marketing Manager, you will have a direct impact on accelerating in-market growth every day with a direct focus on a particular market or region. You will be responsible for creating and executing a local marketing plan to achieve market KPIs.

• Design and execute a multi-channel marketing strategy that will increase market awareness and pipeline velocity for your market(s).
• Own the market presence for your list of markets (assumed 4-5 in a geographical proximity, i.e. Midwest)
• Partner with sales to increase growth in key markets and determine necessary market investment at each stage of the sales process
• Build and execute a marketing plan to achieve market KPIs, including but not limited to paid ads, email, social, sponsorships, events, earned media, direct mail
• Partner with PR, Events and creative teams to execute market level campaigns
• Responsible for broker support and strategy in the market in partnership with local sales leader (arm with materials, creative ideas to leverage)
• Partner with Demand Gen leader on pipeline analysis, reporting, data driven marketing plans based on ABM approach
• Create feedback loops with marketing team for continuous improvement of materials/messaging

• BA/BS or equivalent experience required. MBA a plus.
• Minimum of five (5) years’ experience field marketing management
• B2B marketing experience required
• Experience marketing to HR leaders and benefit consultants
• Portfolio of effective marketing campaign creation that drove sales results.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

• Understanding of the healthcare space, specifically employer-sponsored primary care clinics.
• Comfortable in the abstract – the majority of what we’re building is net new. We’ll need you to feel comfortable in areas of gray and take the initiative to execute
• Excellent communication skills -- you will interact with customers and cross-functional teammates regularly.
• Inclusive thinker – ability to partner on eventual solutions with peers and stakeholders and not work in a vacuum.
• Attention to detail
• Ability to take specific requests and turn them into three dimensional artifacts.
• Creative thinker so you can see beyond the exact request and produce materials that answer the “why.”

Marathon Health COVID-19 Testing & Vaccination Policy

• Marathon Health requires all employees (excluding PRN employees) to undergo weekly COVID-19 tests for each week during which they are scheduled to work, in lieu of proof of vaccination. As of March 1, 2022, this process has been paused due to lowered community transmission, however this may be restarted in the future. COVID-19 vaccinated employees will not require weekly testing as long as they submit their vaccination records.
• Some of our clients have recently mandated COVID-19 vaccinations for their employees. All employees of ours at onsite clinics of these clients will require mandatory vaccinations. New clients continue to be added to this list daily and we cannot guarantee that new employees of Marathon Health at onsite locations will not eventually be asked to provide proof of COVID-19 vaccinations.
• Per state laws in California, New York, Washington and Oregon, all employees working in our health centers in those states must provide proof of COVID-19 vaccination as a condition of employment.
