We are hiring a full-time Marketing Production Manager to join our team of healthcare Ambassadors. We prefer candidates in IN or VT, but other locations close to those areas would be considered. This is a remote, home based position with up to 25% travel.

The Marketing Production Manager is a solution-focused pro with a knack for translating business needs into physical deliverables. You are a proactive, strategic thinker that knows where to source the right vendor for a given project and how to negotiate the best rate.  You are a key player in the development and maintenance of marketing projects and processes that drive print and production efficiencies across the marketing team. You are a consultative, point of contact for multiple departments for their production needs. You coordinate workflows, own print production and fulfillment and manage a cadre of vendors.

• Provide strategic input and recommendations in the development and fulfillment of print and hard goods across all marketing functions.
• Partner with member marketing team to provide recommendations and fulfillment of new client launch needs including postcards, promos, Health Center Go Live Kits, etc.
• Partner with B2B teams in creation of gift sets, banners, trade show needs, etc.
• Own and manage our print on demand platform, answering questions, providing training to clinicians, troubleshooting, and continuously optimizing as needed to ensure our systems meet team member needs.
• Continuously enhance and expand internal and external print and hard goods library, including our company store, to drive brand recognition, strengthen ambassador culture and drive membership engagement, this includes research and purchase of event giveaways, tablecloths, banners, Marathon Health branded merch.
• Manage multiple vendor contracts, negotiate budgets (+$1M), hold vendors accountable in fulfilling contractual obligations.
• Maintain and source new product for the company store, ensuring proper inventory levels are maintained while anticipating future product needs.
• Serve as a point of contact for general, internal ambassador print related marketing questions, track down answers and help maintain continuity of business.

• Bachelors or equivalent print production experience
• 4 to 6 years of print production experience required
• 4 to 6 years of vendor management experience required
• Inventory management and vendor transition experience strongly preferred
• Healthcare marketing experience preferred but not required

• COVID-19 testing could be a requirement for those unvaccinated.
• Some of our clients have recently mandated COVID-19 vaccinations for their employees. All employees of ours at onsite clinics of these clients will require mandatory vaccinations. New clients continue to be added to this list daily and we cannot guarantee that new employees of Marathon Health at onsite locations will not eventually be asked to provide proof of COVID-19 vaccinations.
