This position is remote. There is a travel requirement of up to 15%.

The Systems Administrator will be responsible for planning, implementation, and support of all technologies around the Microsoft 365 cloud. Additional support will be provided to other IT systems such as servers, networking, and endpoint devices. This position will also field ticket escalations from the helpdesk. This as well as work independently and with a team on project work.
Planning, deployment, and support of all technologies around Microsoft 365 including, but
not limited to:
Azure Active Directory
Exchange in a hybrid deployment
AD Connect
SharePoint Online
Teams
OneDrive
Automation of administrative tasks utilizing PowerShell.
Development of training materials around Microsoft 365 as well as host training sessions with
end users.
Work with the security team to implement security best practices and remediation of security
vulnerabilities.
While this role will focus on Microsoft 365, it will also provide administration and support in
various other areas, including, but not limited to:
Windows server administration
Network administration
Active directory
Group Policies
DNS
Kaseya RMM
Windows patching
Network Policy Server
Creation and maintenance of technical documentation.
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities
Administration of Microsoft 365 via GUI and PowerShell (required)
Windows server administration (required)
Networking administration (preferred)
Cisco ASA
Meraki
CradlePoint
Aruba Wireless
Endpoint administration (required)
Education/Experience
Bachelor’s degree or at least five years of IT experience preferred
At least three years of Microsoft 365 administration experience required
At least three years of experience in a Systems or Network administration role required
Stong analytical skills and personal accountablility
Ability to work independently
Excellent communication and customer service skills, both written and oral
Any Microsoft 365 administrator certifications preferred
Any additional technical certifications a plus
