Marathon Health is seeking a part-time (26 hrs/wk) Physical Therapist to support Sargento from its on-site employer-sponsored health and wellness center in Kiel, WI.

 

You’ll treat individuals and families in a healthcare setting that values quality of care, longer appointment times, and a more relaxed daily rhythm ― all so you can build and grow trusted relationships with your patients and help them reach their wellness goals.

 

Role highlights include: 

  • 26 hour per week position ― no weekends required!
  • Hours: Mon & Tues 6:30am-3:30pm, Thurs 6:30am-4pm (1/2 hr lunch breaks)

Responsibilities

The Physical Therapist is responsible for providing physical therapy services with a focus around work-related injuries and risk factors, as well as an emphasis placed on health and wellness and preventative care.

  • Diagnose and manage movement dysfunction and enhance physical and functional abilities
  • Restore, maintain, and promote not only optimal physical function but optimal wellness and fitness and optimal quality of life as it relates to movement and health
  • Prevent the onset, symptoms, and progression of impairments, functional limitations, and disabilities that may result from diseases, disorders, conditions, or injuries
  • Plan, prepare and perform individually designed treatment programs
  • Efficiently identify and document goals, anticipated progress and plans for patient re-evaluation.

Qualifications

  • 2+ years’ experience in out-patient/general orthopedic physical therapy required
  • Must be licensed as a Physical Therapist 
  • Manual therapy training and orthopedic skills are preferred for this unique position
