Client & Care Team Manager

We are hiring a full-time Client & Care Team Manager to create and maintain Raving Fans. This role is the primary contact with our customers and is instrumental in the management of the people and programs that drive the overall success of our health centers.

This position is hybrid. Candidate must reside in Northeast Kansas. 

 

Travel expectation of 25% at a minimum, with the potential for additional travel as necessary. Weekly travel to Topeka is required.

Responsibilities

 

Practice Management

  • In collaboration with the clinical leaders, analyze, summarize, report and manage performance data related to clinic operations
  • Ensure the effective and compliant operations of assigned health center(s)
  • As the direct supervisor, effectively set clear expectations for each clinical team member, discuss performance and manage performance improvement plans
  • Play an integral part in recruiting and hiring for new and replacement roles
  • Ensure a highly functioning team to include talent management and development and team building

Client Management

  • Develop and maintain strong and lasting client partnerships
  • Strategic and proactive planning within the client’s overall line of business
  • Responsible for identifying and executing opportunities to engage employee population
  • Collaborate with internal functional teams focused on the client’s needs
  • Collaborate with onsite clinical team as well as clinical leaders to maintain open communication regarding client relations and activity
  • Identify and seek opportunity for expansion within the account
  • Execute all necessary contractual requirements in a timely manner
  • Understand and track risk metrics related to the success of the partnership
  • Facilitate and distribute all reports per the contract’s schedule of reports
  • Manage budget and assure any necessary billing for  services outside of the contract
  • Assist sales team on reference visits

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree required; Master's degree preferred.
  • 4 years of management or supervisory experience 
  • Experience working and managing remote team members
  • Experience in insurance, benefits or healthcare highly preferred
  • Strong written and communication skills
  • Strong working ability in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint
  • Must demonstrate ability and aptitude to lead both local and virtual teams
  • Must possess skills necessary to influence others and work cross-functionally, navigating within a multi-state organization; Possess ability to manage ambiguity and the organizational acumen to establish effective internal networks
  • Experience in developing executive level customer relationships including negotiation, presentation and polished communication skills
  • Knowledge of population health management highly desirable
  • The passion to make a difference required
