Physician Assistant $5,000 Sign on Bonus   Marathon Health is seeking a full-time Physician Assistant (PA) to treat and work with the employees and families of Tyson at their near-site corporate health and wellness center in Wilkesboro, NC.    This is a 40 hour per week position. No on-call or weekends.
