The Analytics Consultant will focus on helping the business and our employer partners with strong insight into business results, business opportunities, and analytics outcomes.  They will do this with strong analytics approaches in gathering data to solve problems, developing, analyzing/drawing conclusions, testing solutions and presenting to the client; and enhancing performance by applying data analytics, optimizing analytics techniques, and with strong presentation skills.   The Analytics Consultant will hold accountability for retrieving data, visualizing data, and presenting data on a routine basis both internally and externally.  They will leverage their analytics, technical, and client facing skills to help present the comprehensive Marathon Health mission of changing individual and population lives.

This role will work closely with the VP of IT Operations and CISO to develop and execute our Infrastructure Roadmap, lead our Vendor management Practice, and support implementation and expansion of new health centers.  This role will involve external conversations and interactions with both clients and vendors in support of Marathon’s security program.  The Director will also head the SOC 2 Type 2 programs and any future state certification or assessment.
